•Led design and frontend engineering on a cross-functional AI hackathon team. Built a unified assistant surface across Dashboard products that's route-aware with streaming live responses.
•Redesigned mobile app navigation that resulted in a 304% increase in account creations within the first quarter.
•Led UX and motion design on an iPad kiosk app for parents to safely check their children into class. Owned research and testing, going on-site with organizations. Rated 4.8 for ease of setup and 4.6 for ease of use for parents.
•Shipped and maintained Lit web components used throughout both our Dashboard and mobile app UI, including a complex modal system and a phone number input with auto-formatting based on country selection.
•Joined a phone number authentication project near the finish line and caught a critical auth flow that would have blocked most users. Redesigned it into one seamless flow, resulting in a 60% decrease in forgotten password reports following launch.
•Designed Subsplash's first self-serve trial and upgrade flow for an AI integration. Worked within product constraints to build an animation that communicated the product's value within seconds, resulting in high conversion.

•Guided Mission Ridge through a complex website rebuild, taking a half-finished design concept to launch within four months, in time for ski season opening.
•Built a pass checker tool allowing partner resorts to validate Mission Ridge passholders for reciprocal discounts.

•Shaped product direction and design through two fundraising rounds, helping articulate the product vision as Legwork scaled.
•Designed and shipped a forms product trusted by thousands of dental practices.
•Designed integrations between practice management systems and Legwork, enabling customers to market and communicate with patients.
•Led UX and product direction for a VOIP integration, enabling customers to surface patient information during active calls.

•Designing and building a social platform for the outdoor community. No algorithms, just the people you follow and adventures shared. Building solo in React Native and Supabase.
